In September 2010, Christine and I were fortunate enough to attend the Passion Play in Oberammergau, Germany. During the trip, we toured parts of Germany, Austria, and Italy. Although it is not about biking, we would like to share some of the great photos of the villages, houses, country-side, structures, churches, and people. (Posts start November 2010).

ReplyDeleteThanks for commenting. No, it hasn't died. Honestly, I started getting a little depressed. The only comments I would get were spam. "Great article--see my website."
ReplyDeleteOn the pity pot, I worked hard publishing the last Fort Davis ride, and I received 12 hits on my You Tube clip. Six of them were my checking to see if anyone was interested.
We started the blog for our own enjoyment. And then noticed other bikers reading about our rides. Really gratifying. So we were fulfilling our goal while perhaps entertaining other riders. (Our postings have been helpful to us as when wondering whether to return to a particular ride; we would go back and see what we said about the ride--and pictures of the hills--to decide if we returned or not).
The shorter story is that you have energized me: someone is really out there! I will start trying to catch up with our rides this season--for us and you. Thanks.
